What will my first appointment be like?

During your initial evaluation, your physical therapist will discuss the following:

• Your medical history
• Your current problem and complaints
• Activities that cause pain and reduce pain
• Goals you'd like to achieve from physical therapy

What should I bring to my first visit?

 When you come for your initial evaluation, you should bring:

• Referral from your physician
  
• Current insurance card and driver's license
  
• List of current medications
  

How long is each appointment?

 Your first visit will be roughly 60 minutes and the following visits will be about 45 minutes.
